We've got a great podcast with Mr. Adam Davis who is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Stewart-Haas Racing, the parent company of the race teams of Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman in NASCAR's Spring Cup Championship Series. We talk about strength training of pit crew athletes and injury issues for the pit crew athlete (what? You don't think they are athletes? Then listen to the podcast and comment!) Given the current drama in the Sprint Cup series over the last two weeks, this is a fun, inside look at what goes on behind the scenes of the second largest spectator sport in the U.S.
