Special Video and Audio-only rebroadcast of the 2012 Huffines Discussion

Today we kick-off the special video and audio-only podcasts of the 2012 Huffines Discussion Talks. The Huffines Discussion is an annual event where we bring leaders and thinkers in Sports Medicine and give them 15 minutes to tell us their big ideas.  Even though the live event was held on March 22, 2012, you can join the festivities by either connecting to the video or the audio-only podcasts for each speaker.  We'll be bringing you these speakers through-out the summer - so, join us for the Big Ideas in Sports Medicine.

This week's 2012 Huffines Discussion Scholar is Sports Illustrated's David Epstein.  Mr. Epstein is a Senior Writer for Sports Illustrated and was recently nominated for the Livingston Award which is given to outstanding journalists under the age of 35 in the United States.  His Huffines Discussion talk was "Sports Doping: Still the Rational Choice?" and deals with why elite athletes still dope when the costs of getting caught are so severe.  Here is a link to Mr. Epstein's bio.

So, hit either our video or audio-only podcast pages to hear a great talk from one of the national leaders in Sports Medicine and Human Performance.
