HHPM stands for Huffines Human Performance Minutes and are 1-minute audio podcasts written and recorded by the student workers at the Huffines Institute. One of the Institite's purposes is to provide the public with easy access to up o date information regarding sports medicine and human performance. HHPMs are one of the many ways the Institute fulfills this purpose. Podcasts are uploaded to our website every wednesday morning!
