  • Aloha Doc Tanaka and Doc Lightfoot, Loved this talk, even though i did not age gracefully enough to put me in swim trunks! I did walk/bike more than 4,000 miles last year- and dance about two hours a week(Disco stuff at home alone). I am 66 1/2 years old, and am thinking about jogging again. I haven't run since my college days. Thanks to your talk, I am going to start with I mile fun runs, and work my way up to a 5k. And I haven't swum since High School. So there is a master's swim program at the YMCA... so I shall join them in March. All because of your talk. I shall let you know my results in about six months. Smiles, Kevin not quite a Master's Athlete, but sure a Master's Walker.
