He is an associate professor  at Texas A&M university studying redox biology with numerous publications on research about oxidants and antioxidants. Today Dr. Case is talking about the importance of oxidants and antioxidants and how they are utilized in your daily life. Antioxidants are found in numerous skin care products and fresh foods, and we are always told we need them, but why are these molecules so important to life? . Listen to Dr. Case explain how antioxidants work and how they fit into your daily routine and diet!
